1. Bravissimo dress. Tried on over tank top and thin stretchy skirt. I actually liked this a lot but felt it probably wouldn’t look good with flats, greatly limiting its usefulness.
2. World’s worst picture snapped in haste as the store was about to close, but I can’t emphasize enough how lush and soft and luxurious-feeling the velvet is. I think this is from the 80s or 90s? Label says “Bruno Duluc KUSH.” Buuuut I could not envision what I would wear it with, or when or where.
Also left behind: Small artsy clay vase, probably someone’s personal artistic effort, and small white rectangular Copco enameled cast iron baking pan, tempting but given my crowded kitchen probably not needed. I just knew it was worth more than it cost!
