As big of a fan that I am of red shoes, I'm going to have to say black. Something about the red with the brown doesn't look right to me, but that could just be me. I'm funny like that.

My favorite pair of shoes, EVER, were Fluevogs. I loved them like I've loved no other. An imprudent percentage of my high school summer job salary went toward those.

Aaargh, you are no help, Angie -- I already have two pairs of red high heels! But my husband prefers the red ones, too. I truly like them both. I think I'll have to see them in real life and decide.

Those shoes are going to make me seriously taller. I sure hope they're comfy!

Oh gosh, this was eons ago (15-20 yrs?), they haven't made the same boot since then. They were just simple boots, almost engineer style but more refined looking. They were made of the softest oiled leather and the whole boot molded to my foot in ways no oher shoe ever has. I guess they would be most similar in style to the Angel boots, but without the swirls and with softer leather. They also had a stacked heel with the rest being the standard satan resistant Angel sole on the outside. Every so often I check their website to see if anything similar will appear in stock but I haven't had any luck.

Red. The color photography on their website is notoriously bad. I bet these shoes are much more vibrant in person.

The black looks more stained-glass-ish to me - awesome concept, so that gets my vote!

I prefer the color contrast on the black, but I do agree with Sylvie that you should look at the red in person since the colors are always off on the website.

Neat!! I like the black better personally, but if the browns on the red pair are lighter than in the photo I'd have a hard time picking Hope you can get these both in person to try out!
