I used to wear a lot of Fluevogs -- just have 1 pair black lace-up ankle boots left -- my "granny goes combat" boots.
Una, you are a girl after my own heart. Fluevogs rock. I tried those on in the store just for fun (we live near Fluevog headquarters!) and they are cute. A bit clompy, though. They made my skinny ankles look disproportionately skinny, but they might look great on someone else.
I had never heard of these until you first posted about them Una. Same with All Saints. They are so very *you*. A bit chunkier than my taste but I can appreciate how much you love them lol.
Una - I also love chunky shoes -- maybe its because I *don't* have skinny ankles and I think they minimize my ankles. . . but do you remember Groovy Girl dolls (probably not, in that you have a son!) but they always come to mind
Una - I think Fluevog usually has a sale in the early summer if I remember correctly (it's the "John Fluevog thinks you're awesome sale"; I just googled that and it appears to have been in early July in previous years...so something to look forward to!)
I also like to stick fluevogs in my amazon.com shopping cart, because Amazon keeps track of price changes on things saved in your cart (so: excellent for price stalking).
