Sharan, thank you. Flame stitch - I’ll try to remember that.
Bonnie, thank you. I think the duffle would be way too big on you, sorry.
Brooklyn, thank you. Yes, the poncho is very distinctive. The main reason I rarely wear it is because it’s best for only coolish weather, and my climate is either really hot or really cold, rarely in between.
SarahD8, thank you. The Pendleton coat has a quilted lining so it’s surprisingly warm. It really elevates my “dressy” uniform of jeans and a sweater. Can you tell I live in the sticks?
Ket, thank you. Whenever I wear a Scottie item, I think of Mr Skunky. He was quite charming. Roguish might be a better word. We miss him a lot.
Angie, thank you. I haven’t worn the duffle coat and Scottie bag together, but it’s a great idea!
Lisa, thank you. A year or two ago Scottie things were trending, and I bought a lot of it. One ratty sweater got thrifted, but I still have a couple other sweaters, a button down shirt, a few scarves, and a pair of socks. I hope our Jack Russell doesn’t feel slighted.
Dee, thank you. Radley also makes non-Scottie bags, and they are all very nice quality.
Jaime, thank you. As I said, he never did anything he didn’t want to do.
Bijou, I’m so sorry. Dogs just don’t live long enough. Your bag is just so perfect! I have a Radley wallet, too; it has a Scottie silhouette. Last year they had a Birdwatcher wallet and I dragged my feet because I just didn’t need one, plus it wasn’t a black Scottie. Finally I ordered one but the order was cancelled, and that was that.
Cookie, thank you. It’s funny, because we have another terrier, a Jack Russell, and I was talking to a woman who got a new puppy, a Golden Retriever, and I thought wow a dog who wants to please you - that’s an interesting concept.
