The 2 is the updated version - I believe the original is being phased out along with the Max C pants, which I loved. Not sure of the actual difference though.
Angie, is the fluid drape due to fabric or cut? For instance, the pinstripe Lanai was much stiffer than my black one and I left it behind. And have you had any experience with the changes to the Max C pants (which were perfect for me)?
I tried on the B2 in the store the other day. It fit me nicely. I wonder, though, if a shorter version would be better with my short torso. I may have to try on the other and compare.
I think Suz and I tried on Gabe B 2 in Toronto last Saturday. It looked very good on her but not as much on me because it was not long enough. I guess it is more fluid than Gabe Taylor because it is less fitted?
Una, I think a bit of both - drapey-ier fabric and a slight change in cut. I bought the Gabe B 2 in ink a few days ago because it was exactly what I was looking for. Unplanned and I'm thrilled with my new purchase. The original Gabe was 90% on me - but not 100%.
