Yesterday I found a very welcome replacement for my tatty black puffer, a navy blue down puffer with hood, few details and 3/4 length. The lining is in a rich brown. It was 50% off, yay! I simply love it, and the happiness factor is 11 out of 10!
Angie's black/white/blue formula is perfect. Season-less, timeless and stylish. It can be very casual or very dressy. What's not to like? I love blue in almost every version of it, and black and white are wonderful in themselves or excellent as a canvas for further exploration. Here's my attempt at this formula:
#1: Black dressy pants, b/w striped tee, blue cropped blazer, black pumps, black bag
#2: Black dressy pants, white button down, brown leather belt, blue cropped blazer, brown heeled booties, black bag
#3: As above, but topped with the new blue puffer.
What do you think? Do you like the addition of a touch of dark brown to the formula? Any comments are always appreciated. Thanks for looking!
