...because I bought a dress!
All of the heat must've gone to my head, I haven't worn a dress in YEARS!
I want to say a big thank you to all of the wonderful YLFers who sport dresses and look fabulous in them. You inspired me to give dresses another chance.
Here's an outfit lab with various combinations with my new dress.
#1 to #2 - Flat Sandals
The dress on it's own with flat sandals.
#3 to #4 - Flat Sandals and Rails Brown Cotton Shirt
How I wore the dress to dinner tonight, because I am on team wear right away! DH was very surprised to see me in a dress.
#5 - Heeled Sandals
Swapped the flat sandals for Ecco's with a block heel.
#6 - Heeled Sandals and Rails Brown Cotton Shirt
I almost wore this version to dinner, but ultimately stuck with the flat sandals. I may try this option next time.
#7 to #9 - Sneakers and Denim Jacket
I really wanted to try a sneakers option because I'm always inspired by all of the dresses paired with sneakers outfits I see in photos. I added a white denim jacket from WHBM to tie together the white from the white Ecco sneakers.
