Angie, I don't have anything pink in my wardrobe, but I wanted to offer my support. I lost a dear cousin to breast cancer a couple of years ago. My Dad and my father-in-law both battled and survived prostrate cancer. My favorite uncle died of cancer years ago; it was not diagnosed until it was too late (inoperable), so he died within a few months of being diagnosed. My heart goes out to anyone battling cancer!

Here is my contribution - the berry sweater I wore yesterday.

To all moms who have gone before us, and in celebration of life for those still with us, and to dear friends and family who have won or lost with cancer, and for brave patients everywhere.

Chiming in a little late with my pop of pink, worn this afternoon to run errands on a beautiful fall day.

Sadly, my dad and husband have both battled cancer. My heart is with everyone fighting now, and those who have lost loved ones.

I am a bit late. This is what I wore today. Thinking of you all and of my dad, who died of cancer nearly nine years ago.

Well, I almost never wear pink but did find one with a scarf. Kind of lame compared to all of the other great outfits here.
DH diagnosed four weeks ago. Prognosis hopeful.

I have been wearing very little color lately, but just wanted to add my love and support here.

Many, many thanks, Ladies. I'm tickled pink reading your heartfelt messages and looking at your fabulous outfits. Sending healing thoughts to all those currently affected and undergoing treatment.

Zero pink in my wardrobe but mega-love to those who are fighting thie disease at the moment. Loss of any kind is heartbreaking and I can certainly identify with that. Big thank-yous to donors and foundations that are searching so hard for cures...but most of all, words of healing are in my heart. I am thinking pink for all of you!

Oh my goodness, Catherine. Thinking of you and everyone else affected.

Very late - the closest I get to pink.
Thanks Angie for a lovely tribute to our courageous family and friends.
Always loved- Never forgotten.

Extra late here, but sending all of my thoughts to those affected~

Thank you so much for starting this thread, Angie. It was still a little too warm to wear my pink cashmere jumper, but I wore my bright fuchsia trench a lot in October, so I hope that counts as my "pink contribution".

Family and friends who are currently battling this wretched disease have been on my mind a lot lately (as have those who have passed away). And I am sending positive vibes and healing thoughts to everyone who is dealing with this right now. You are all in my thoughts.

Extra late, but a little October pink from me just the same. Lovely thread, and lovely sentiments <3
