Looking at the size chart on the page of the shirt I have I would say it's pretty accurate if you want a close fit (similar to the model). Mine are a size 1, you can see one in the pic I posted. I remember I tried the size 2 and liked the more relaxed fit through the body which I often prefer, but then the shoulders were too wide (I'm a pretty pear). Oh and the sizes that are mentioned next to it are French, so I have the French 38 which is in fact a German 36.
