Posting from a hotel room, so light is not great, but here is the grey flannel jacket from C21 -- it won't get worn until fall, but considering how I've fallen for longer jackets lately, it was hard to pass this up. It's by Lot78, a brand I am unfamiliar with, but it seems nicely made, fully lined, with inside pockets (nice menswear touch), and a soft wool blend fabric. I think the tipping is faux leather.
Pic 6 is my outfit from yesterday, worn for the bike expo and wandering around NYC all day long! Shoes are the Paul Green flatform loafers, but they're cut off in the pic.
Pic 7 was today -- I rode the 5 Boro Bike Tour! Four hours and forty miles in weather that was 50 degrees and ranging from sprinkling rain to pelting, pouring rain. I wrung out my socks when I got back to the hotel. This pic was pre-ride. I rode with a friend who came out for the ride from Seattle, and we chuckled that the weather there is 75 and sunny, which is usually how it is for the 5BBT. Still, it was a great experience!
