Breathe, I'm telling myself.
I just left Rack. One item on my hewi list was a pair of black boots to replace some I purged a few years ago. They were waterproof but refined. I've been looking and the Aquatalias have caught my eye. I also wanted/needed a dress boot for when I meet with clients especially in colder or wetter climates.
Well, I found them. All. And bought them. All.
I just found 3 pairs of Aquatalias at Rack and it gets better. A quick Google turned them up cheaper online so they matched the prices! The total is still gulp worthy but they were a huge % off. Do you hear me rationalizing yet? Hahaha
Can't collect from phone but here they are.
My thoughts are this for each pair.
Sweeties quilted moto - almost a direct replacement for the ones I regret purging. Waterproof, pull on.
Harvard leather and suede dress boot - will be good for work and when I get sent to colder/wetter climates but can't wear a more stompy style. Refined to go with my business casual work clothes.
Sterling short patent w buckles - they're short and patent! And the zipper makes them easier on and off. Will compliment the one pair of rain boots I have. Hoping they really are waterproof.
Feedback? Have I gone mad?? Of course I can return but I must admit I fell hard for all 3.
