Not the greatest outfit today, but I'm trying to take a pic of what I wear every day, good or bad. Maybe this little jacket makes me look even wider in the low hips?? Give it to me straight, girls, I can take it! I do like the print AK top; it might need a new partner though. Anyway ... AK top, Avenue knit jacket, shortened NYDJ grey ankle jeans, Etienne Aigner necklace, Michael Kors watch and Rieker sandals.

I like your style but I'm thinking that you can already see what's not working with the jacket. It's cute but hits you in the widest area of your frame. If it was a bit shorter with some nice structure around the smallest area of your waist (usually around the rib cage) it would give you a nice shape. You've got to rock your curves girl! You're not making the most of them. The necklace is great and really draws attention to your face ( or laptop :-P) Also, you look like you've got great ankles under those sandles. Although I love that look, they are a tough style to pull of unless you're hiding cankles or have supper skinny legs. I like the shirt too.

Kappy, I'm glad that you opted for that top. I like the not-quite-geometric, not-quite-tie-dye pattern, and the colors are great. It looks totally beautiful next to the color of the cardigan and with the bold pattern of the necklace, too.

The colours are gorgeous! (Both the top and the cardi). And I actually think this combo works well. The low contrast between your bottoms and the tops gives it almost a "column of colour" effect and the top and sweater skim your body nicely. Love the necklace, too.
