I love plaid too (and I enjoy the Glamourai's blog posts). I would love to find a plaid tunic in a subdued color, without any teeny pockets on the chest area, but so far my quest has been unsuccessful.

Aww, thanks, AG. They are both sooo close to being purchase-worthy! I like the fabric (100% cotton) of the Max Studio one, and the style, but I'm not keen on green and brown together. Just my own little weird thing. I like the shape and the color of the Mod Cloth one, but it's 100% polyester and quite inexpensive, so I worry about the quality.... But thanks so much for digging around for me :).

I keep thinking you would look so great in red! Maybe because my SO has similar coloring, and he looks splendid in red. Would a red plaid tunic be too Christmas-y for you? Or too pajama party?

I think it depends. I'm thinking dress or skirt, maybe in some alternative plaid color like mustard and grey.
