I keep thinking I'm "done" and yet it never happens. Sigh.
I'm desperately in need of tops with long sleeves--sweaters or blousey tops--no knits. I was about to get 2 sweaters from ATL with the promo they're having now, but then I realized one is "polyacrylic." I don't know what the difference between polyacrylic and acrylic is, but anything with acrylic in it leaves me cold.
I'm just not sure where the best place to find inexpensive, yet decent quality knitwear is. Suggestions? I'm looking for tops with some interest--not just basic v necks or anything. One of the sweaters I was interested in had fat rugby stripes and a big fluffy cowlneck, and the other was a dolman sleeve sweater in a bright purpley-pink color.
Woven tops as usual will just be a frustrating uphill battle because I feel like I overloaded on voluminous styles and don't have enough fitted styles--understandably, since fitted tops are much harder to fit.
On that note, one of the things I'm really in need of is a basic white buttondown for layering. I'd like one that is non-iron and that fits me--but fit alone is such a challenge. Still, I know if it's too much of a stiff cottony material, I'm probably not going to wear it. My Michael Kors tunic shirt is more or less orphaned because the wrinkling drives me mad. I keep meaning to buy this very basic item and yet the ironing thing means I neve get around to it. Again: suggestions are welcome.
I also need scarves, which are harder to shop for than I thought. The ones I really like are expensive and the rest are boring and suffering the same color sickness as everything else this season.
Finally, my BF blazer seems a little big. I'm not sure why since I don't think I'm any smaller than when I first bought it, but I'm swimming in it. I'd really like a replacement but once again, can't find what I want at the right price. Black, semifitted, single breasted...well more or less like this:

I never got that blazer because $88 for polyester made me scream. It never went on sale and now my size is gone.
The shirts are the highest priority. It's getting cold fast!
