I haven't been keeping up on YLF much recently, but I'm getting ready to spend a week down south (i.e. London) so I'm thinking about what to pack. It's most likely going to be very hot and sticky compared to where we live so I'm thinking summer clothes.

Which leads me to my little rant. I want to take my white jeans, but my nude colored underwear is all a bit ratty so I'd like to replace it. A surprisingly difficult task for the fat lady in the UK! Almost everything has dippy little flowers or is in bright colors -- not ideal under white trousers! I'm probably being too picky in that I don't much like the stretchy nylon kind. It feels weird on my skin so I avoid it. And thongs are right out.

It's the little things that make fashion challenging...
