I've been agonizing over these two purchases all weekend, and finally came to a decision. I had bought green converse (http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/co.....n=wishlist) but was wondering if I should go with a loafer or oxford instead. I played with them again this morning and decided that yes, they would fill my need for a sporty, casual, closed shoe that will take me through the non-sandal season. They will most likely be mostly weekend wear, but that's okay, cuz that's what I needed.

I also bought this Gap denim shirt after 2 years of hoping to find a perfect one...

I loved everything about it, but I don't like it (on me) with jeans. It is great with my white jeans, but that's it. With blue jeans it feels sloppy. I realized I can't keep a shirt that only goes with one item of clothing in my closet. I need to return it and wait for a more versatile casual top to find it's way to me.

I know it sounds crazy, but I feel so relieved to have come to a decision. It was like a burden was lifted from me as I dropped the shirt into the return bag. THAT is when I know I've made the right decision.

Whew! I can rest in peace now.. LOL

Anyone else experience this?
