On Angies "under garment" post the other day, Zap recommended the Victoria Secret boy shorts. I am a convert. I bought both the "cotton lingerie lace-waist shortie" and the "cotton lingerie boyshort pantie", although the latter has a different waist band in the bricks&mortar option than the one shown online. I sized up in both and they are super comfie and don't ride up. There is no VPL, and I like the lower rise to wear with my BF jeans and shorts. Plus, the price can't be beat.
