I guess that counts me too! (Yeah, I did admit I'm in denial about my age.) Thank you, Angie, for celebrating women of all ages better than any other style blog I've seen.

I admire and have learned so much from you and Fabbers of all ages!

Thanks, Angie. I feel more fashionable now in my 50's than when I was younger. I love this forum and that you speak to/for all ages.

Wow. This post is meant to gush about YOU, not me. You are all too kind. Thanks ever so much for the awfully kind words. I cherish them, and am impressed with all of you. Such verve.

Laura, I'm happy to be your little sis. xo

Joy, Catnip and Gaylene, you are full of spirit and soul. More than 20 years older me and so, so inspirational. I hope you know that you enrich this community in an extra special way.

Thank you, Angie. I am so grateful to you and the YLF community - great sources of inspiration and fun, both of which are necessary and ageless.

Thanks Angie- gee, I thought you were at least 10 years younger! Every year just gets better and better, IMHO At 54, I am really enjoying life, and loving YLF!

I am almost 38 and hope I look as great into my 40s and beyond as I see demonstrated daily. So inspiring.

I am four years older than you Angie am so inspired by you and all the women here on a daily basis. YLF is my therapy and I am so glad I found it.

I found YLF three years while googling for style for women in their 50's -- can't imagine how much more dull my life would be without this community. Now that I know how to dress, ageing is much less frightening --just give me new shoes and some tinted moisturizer!

Smiling at Janet! I too have moments of denial lol. Angie, thank you! The youth/beauty/style myth has been smashed to pieces here at YLF and I adore you for that. No stereotypes or cookie cutter style here...I love it! Individuality rocks and this ladies here who are older than me (I'm 48) (and those younger of course) rock my world. If I'm half the woman my more mature Fabbers are when I'm their age, I will be a very lucky girl!

Thank you Angie! Big hugs!

Thank you Angie and Greg for creating such a magical place!! Angie, you are truly a gorgeous person inside and out. You share your warmth, love, humor, kindness, knowledge and joy with such grace and generosity. May life bring both you and Greg every wonderful thing you could wish for and may you always be able to find the wonder and the joy in the "now." Big cyber hugs and deepest thanks!!

Thank you Angie! When I read your posts and your replies I can feel your warmth and creativity. I wish I lived closer so I could be a live client. I am learning so much from you and the other readers. What fun this is. I have loved fashion and design all my life. I just recently discovered this site and I am thrilled!!!!!!!! I am 58 years old and have never let my age dictate my clothes or hair.

I don't dare to think it's me included-but I'm past 46, and if so, I'm more than humbled...and means so much to even aknowledge that. I cannot say it better the You Angie but it's all true and same for how I feel about all of 40+ ladies here, too! Thanx for this thread and blog post on the thema! (think it's comming from your first proffession or so, but your blog is so therapeutic:-))

You're welcome, and thank you! You know, I didn't turn 50 and (a) suddenly have it all figured out, or (b) suddenly feel it was all over. Truthfully, it was just another day. I am generally a happy 50-year-old -- quite happy with where I am in life, with my mate and my kids, and with what I have accomplished ... and more or less happy with how I look (except for the neverending quest for the perfect haircut). But I have a very small circle of close friends, mostly other hardworking women, whom I see when we have time to get together. And we tend not to talk about fashion. So this forum fills a very real void for me. It gives me a daily lift and a sense of belonging to a bigger community, and it feeds my little creative outlet: my fashion and style. I am so appreciative of what you have given to this 50-year-old, Angie.

45!
Thanks Angie!

Sorry I'm late to this thread but had to chime in and say for me personally, I have really been able to embrace my age and all that comes with that in no small part to YLF. I have learned so much about how to dress my body, how to work with my flaws and enhance my best bits, and in doing so, have learned a lot about myself.

YLF is so incredibly supportive and encouraging to women (and men) of all different shapes, sizes, ethnic backgrounds and ages. I see women here in the over 50 club and learn so much from them daily and through that, have grown in my own confidence.

So to all of you - THANK YOU

I may be older than you but you are leaps and bounds more mature than me when it comes to kindness and compassion. You are my role model, Angie!

Thank YOU, Angie for this lovely forum and your generous spirit. This 52-year-old is so very grateful for the wisdom and support of my fellow YLFers. May we all grow older gracefully and fabulously. There is always more to learn, more to explore, and more to love...if you keep an open heart. Beauty is so much more than our outside appearance, as the women of YLF prove every day.

who Us? I'm in denial with Janet and Deborah at 47.

Age is a number and thank you for making that number not so relevant.

Happy to oblige, Angie. Yet, the truth is that you have guided me in my aging process, like no other, with your wisdom, beauty and kindness. I'm so happy to be here as we all grow gracefully together, with each amazing year.

All the thanks should go to YOU (and the team) Angie for validating our love of fashion at any age

YOU ARE ALL SO FABULOUS.

Hugs all round.

I am fortunate to have role models of vibrant, productive, engaging female senior citizens at the church where I work. I think positive role models are enormously helpful at all stages of life, and I'm enjoying the cyber company of the many ages represented on YLF.
This blog is a blessing in my life. One of my wonderful senior role models commented last week how much she's enjoying watching me find the style that has always been in me. The warmth and support of this community give me the skills and the confidence to try new style ideas. Angie, you are incredibly generous with your knowledge, and we all deeply appreciate it.
