I had my husband place an order for me on Friday. I got a shipping notification today, and then I noticed that they were offering an extra 10% off on orders placed today. I contacted customer service and asked if I could have that extra discount applied to my order, and not only did they get back to me the same day- they already credited my husband's card with the refund.
