As some of you may know from my posts, I am a sucker for cashmere. And this current business trip to NYC coincided with a sample sale from one of my VERY favorite cashmere designers. Agh! Of course I had to go!

But you know, after reading all about SYC and directed approaches to dressing, I really didn't want very much of what was on display! It was gorgeous and soft and well-designed - and I was able to say no to it. I used to be overwhelmed with greed at these sales. But this time I was able to evaluate everything to see if what I was choosing was a staple, or filled a wardrobe hole. And I left with only a few things!
