I've been cleaning my wardrobe and I've learned a lot thinking of why I want to purge or not some pieces.
This is what I've learned:
- I still shop too much.
- I have a tendencie to duplicate pieces in various colors but I ended up wearing the black.
- The same happens with shoes, I have all the colors you can imagine, but I ended up reaching for the blacks and the nudes.
- I buy a lot of accessories and most of the times I leave the house with only 2 rings and my watch.

I'm thinking about
adopting an uniform for the autumn and try this concept for a season and see how I feel.

I'm testing a capsule suggested by Angie ( http://youlookfab.com/2013/08/.....-for-fall/) for a couple of weeks now. The first lesson is that I must choose a neutral color and the obvious color is black, I don't care if it suits me, we European wear a lot of black and for me it's a conforting color. I feel good in black. I'll add some good jackets (I love and it's a piece I wear a lot, but I'll choose colors like black, white, navy, red or army green) because these are the colors I wear the most, I have others that I bought because the were trendy and now I don't like it), simple t-shirts, skinny jeans, black sandals and black booties.

I'm testing the concept and I'm feeling great. I feel confortable in my skin, I have not shopped meanwhile (which is liberating) but It will be much easier in the future because I can focus on buying fewer quality pieces that I know I'll wear a lot. It's budgeting friendly!
Some will find this boring, but I feel great (for now).
