If you go to the upper right corner of the page (you must be logged in!), you will see a small square with a your image in it. Click there, and you will see a drop-down menu. Select profile. This will lead you to the profile page. On the profile page, below the temporary image, you will see an option to "change profile picture." There you can add whatever image you want, for ID purposes.
I am a little confused because it seems you already have an ID photo for your avatar, maybe you've figured things out in the meantime?
