I want to make my son a few pairs of pants (very simple, just elastic waist) because I am having trouble finding anything that fits. He is thin and tall for his age. Only requirements are that the fabric be quick-drying.

Where can I buy such fabric? Is it easy to work with? If not, would tailors be willing to work with it?
