Team Thong or Team brief with low rise jeans?

For those that still wear low rise jeans which do you prefer to wear with them?

I am Team thong as most briefs tend to bunch up with my low rise or be too high rise and visible with low rise jeans.
But thongs inevitably sometimes tend to show if I am bending over (especially when it’s warm in a short tee shirt) and I forget to wear a belt or the jeans slide.

This is one of many reasons why low-rise jeans do not work for me. The "I see London, I see France" effect.

It’s happened to me and I ignore if anyone looks and it was only a peek not the whole thong, I like to wear low rise jeans sometimes and minor slip ups aren’t going to stop me, I try not to let them happen but sometimes it does. I have heard that Rhyme though

Generally thongs, but I have some low rise briefs I like.

What brand low rise briefs have you tried? I’ve tried Hanes and they are ok fitting but not my favorite, I’d like to try something different.

You could try sizing down in the briefs.
The Calvin Klein’s at Costco are low rise with elastic that holds up really well.

I have some lace underwear from Free People that is quite low rise, so I wear that when the occasion warrants. I have hipsters, bikinis, and thongs. I get their cheaper undies, 3 for $30 or something like that. They've held up quite well, but I follow label washing instructions (hand wash).

Tried sizing down but they were too tight and uncomfortable. I could look at Costco next time I’m there for those.

Should I have asked this without mentioning low rise jeans, do many of you not wear low rise or is it just slow on here with the posting recently?
Even though it was a question for me, it also was more like which one is preferred by members hence the “team” added for which side you prefer, undies are just as important for our comfort and I haven’t seen any posts on them, was this TMI?

I don't wear low rise either. Was just a brief experiment in the early 2000s for me. But just wore bikini style with them- thongs are a H no!

I burned my thongs back in the 90s and I will never go back to them! I even hated them when I was wearing them.

I used to like low-rise, but after going with a higher rise I started to appreciate that I never had to worry about any plumber's crack showing, so I am pretty much done with those, too! I have one pair that's a little low, but I always wear them with a long top.

I like low rise jeans and still wear them. However I'm not into thongs ( uncomfortable for me ) and undies that are in use not sold anywhere anymore. It was sort of skinny bikini from GAP ( older model ) and some low fitting hipsters. Currently I'm trying undies from Madewell - hipster style.

HIgh-rise bottoms have been "in" for quite a while now, so many of us have slowly replaced our low-rise jeans with higher-rise ones.

I have only one low-rise jean that is left, and I wasn't actually ever in love with it, so I will probably unload it this spring to consignment. But I don't mind wearing a low-rise jean if I want to have a boho effect. I just have to find the right one.

For those that don’t wear low rise that’s ok it’s good to know about current trends, and for those that do it was a help to know other brands and styles of underwear to buy.

I am a lingerie freak! Love any topic about under clothing! Nothing makes me feel better about myself than great underwear and bras.

I used to be a big fan of Hanky Panky lace thongs. I would get both the low and regular rise type. I think they are a great choice for young people. Heck, I wore them into my mid-50s! 'Cause I still felt young. But now, at 61, I'm just not feeling them anymore, and prefer either Vanity Fair Illumination string bikinis or Chantelle, or Natori briefs. I think all of them work with low rise pants, although the Natoris will peak out.
