HIgh vamp. It is very frustrating. With my short legs I should be low vamp all the way but, similar to Una. I cannot keep low vamp shoes on without a strap - have a shallow heel and wider ball. Love boots.
Just has to do with where the top of the shoe hits on your foot/ankle, I believe. The closer it is to your ankle, the higher the vamp. High vamp example:
