Hi!

During a closet sweep, I rediscovered a cream sweater that I had forgotten about so I decided to try to incorporate it into an outfit today- Topshop skinnies, Duo boots that my boyfriend bought me for Christmas, dark red knitted top and cream sweater. Looking at the photo, I am unsure about the sweater as the fit doesn't look too good in it.

The boots which I completely forgot to post about when I received them are amazing. They are made of unbelievably soft leather, really toasty, comfortable, and best of all, waterproof. I love them!

It's such a warm coat, and I decided to accessorise the coat with a flower brooch as inspired by Antje.

Tassajara , that's a great outfit and fits you so well. May I suggest adding a necklace or watch? The cream sweater is definitely a keeper.

That coat is fabulous! And I love how you added the flower brooch to it.

I do not think I have seen your face before so I have to say that you are very pretty!

Could you post another photo of those gorgeous boots? They are kind of cut off in the first photo.

I don't see a fit problem with the cream sweater at all. It looks great.
The length of the sleeves on the coat look a bit long.

Agree in the length of the coat, I think it would flatter you more jusr a vir short (at the top of the knee cap or a little above maybe?).... I am jealous of your boots, they look fab!

I love the coat and the broach has such a 30's Hollywood feel to it. I absolutely love the whole look.

I think the cream sweater fits you very well. I agree with Tanya's suggestions of a necklace and/or bracelet.

The sweater would look great with dress pants as well as jeans, I think. I couldn't help but notice the edge of a bike wheel and fork in the first photo. It looks too big to be yours though.

Nicole is spot on with the 30's Hollywood feel. I too love the coat and your funky brooch. And the way you have paired it with the cream(?) scarf.

Tanya: I've been on the lookout lately for a watch but I've had no luck getting anything I like in my price range, and even then I am reluctant to buy an expensive watch as I keep losing or breaking watches, but hopefully I'll come across something I like soon. Accessorising is one of my areas of weakness but ylf has started to help me so much with this lately. I'll post another photo of my boots tomorrow for you.

Nicole: Yep, that's one of the two bikes- my mountain bike, a Gary Fisher Tassajara (where I get my forum name from- I must confess I'm a bike nerd!). It's a tiny frame though.

Inge: Yeah, it's a cream scarf with silver threads going through it and was picked up in H&M.

Angie: The sleeves are a tiny bit too long for me- they end at my thumb.
