Has anyone taken a look yet?
I was in Target today and there was still a big selection particularly of plus sizes. Some things I liked, some I didn't , some had nice fabrics some didn't... and most of what I tried on did not fit well at all. But I saved the one I was really hoping for to try on last and I loved it ! Bug embroidered jacket, nice heavy satin. Not cheap though ! I will have to play with it and make sure it is a keeper.
Also got a scarf but I also have to play with the that and see if I like it

I wanted to try on the fuschia flares, but a total wipeout by early Monday morning. Our two Targets looked like they didn't have all the same stuff. I got the orange miniskirt at the second one. Excellent giant phone pocket.

I took a look at it and it's really cute stuff, but I'm far more RATE so I won't be trying any of it for myself. I think that jacket is really cool!

Cute jacket! I like that a lot. I also like the sound of an orange miniskirt with a giant phone pocket! Although sadly, my miniskirt days are long, long gone. Will enjoy from the sidelines.

Mine hadn't hotten it out yet, but I haven't been interested in the lieces I've seen pictures of.

I used to be addicted to these Target collabs, but I found that I grew out of the clothes when I gained weight more quickly than I did other clothes for some reason. That said, this one has some cute stuff, but the lines are too straight for my body.

rachylou I'm not surprised the Targets had different stuff. No one store ever seems to get a full collection. I did a lot of hunting around and trading with others back in the day!

I ordered the long-sleeved bee shirt and the bee scarf. If I end up keeping both, I won't wear them together but they both look look like they will play well with other items in my closet.

Oh and I was mesmerized by that jacket...but don't need another black bomber jacket. I may be sorry that I passed on it. Lucky you!

Cynthia - that is interesting .. I can see how most wouldn't qualify as RATE.
Christina - yeah the things I tried on were definitely not for a super curvy body ( mine) bug jacket was thoUgh!
Sheila - oh I love the bees! I probably don't need another black jacket either but I don't have one with embroidr d bugs

Did anyone else check out this collection? I looked at blogger photos online, and felt like this collection is a bit too chirpy for me.

I fondled these in store and thought they were really well put together - mostly poly, but nice weighty poly, and solid seaming. Most pieces were too twee for my style, but the kids' stuff was cute as heck. I bought a plain black top but I can't decide whether I should keep it or not.

Our local target had a whole bunch of plus. I did not like it and felt it was overpriced. Hmmmm

So I purchased and then returned the pink jacquard bomber jacket. It fit really well, but the pattern was so bold that I thought I would tire of it easily.

I received my order:
- Bee scarf = wonderful, will keep;
- Bee tunic (two sizes) = nice quality for the price, especially like the extended, stiffened cuffs. Will return the larger one, keep the smaller.

If you got your hands on a bug bomber and scarf, KEEP THEM! Those are the items that are next to impossible to find. Scarves were sold out almost immediately, and the bombers are sold out online and I cannot find them in stores. I bought the lily dress and the sweater with the white band at the bottom. I'm debating on whether to keep the bug dress. But I'd absolutely buy that bomber and either the bee or the lily scarf if I could find them!
