Target dress - knit or woven?

Does anyone know if this is a knit or woven dress? It says online only so I guess someone would have had to order it to know. It is 100% cotton. I'm thinking knit?? http://www.target.com/Journee-.....ombrowse=0

I'm pretty sure it's woven, although I haven't seen it in store. The way the strips of other fabric are sewn on, it looks woven to me.

I haven't seen it either, but if I had to venture a guess it appears to be a woven almost gauze type fabric.

Total typo on my part! I meant to say woven [smack]! I am hoping it is. I have dresses but none that seem to be the perfect, airy, easy breezey type like this. And when I spotted it in purple, my heart fluttered! I can kiss July's budget goodbye at this rate lol.

Ha, Kim! If it weren't for holiday cash gifts, I might be into October's budget by now! Now I have the hard choice of green or purple. Hmm. Or . . . try and wait for a sale? $43 is a little steep for a light summer dress. Of course, today's Realfeel temperature for us is at 116 right now so I may be delirious in my desire for cool dressing.

Oh, Malina! That is a tough one!

I feel that both of your more casual dresses are solids and your printed dresses are dressier.....and the printed Target dress is casual. So your choice is a printed casual green dress or a printed casual purple dress.

Yeah, I just didn't help at all.....ack.

This is a cool dress, I like the two patterns together. it almost looks like the pattern mixing DVF was showing for spring. This is a higher price point than I'm used to seeing at Target. Usually their dresses are 20-30.

Thanks, Rita, I like the pattern mix too! I think I'm going to sit tight for a little bit and watch for a sale. It is a little higher than the typical Target price point. And if it's only available online I suppose it's easier to see if it starts to sell out? That and the realization that I do, indeed, have both a solid and a print dress in green and in purple leads me to hesitate lol.

You know what's really bad? It's the BF's birthday this weekend and I should be spending on HIM, not ME!
I am going to resist for now. Who knows? If I'm a good girl and make it the next 2 weeks until July, maybe the dress will be on sale right when I'm caught back up to my budget!

Given that the colours online are often inaccurate I would order both and see which colour you prefer IRL. This dress looks like it will be a real workhorse for your Florida wardrobe.

You know Heather, I did think of that . . . . BUT I will at least wait until after the BFs birthday so I don't feel like a total heel. The cost of return shipping is something to consider - I wonder if they retract your free shipping the first way if you ship back? I live far from Target, or any stores for that matter! Hmmm.
