Tan Rieker Sandals With 2.25 Inch Heels: Keep or Return

I bought these sandals before I broke my ankle and need to decide if I should keep or return them. Vote Yay for Keep and Nay for Return. They are super comfy as I can't normally wear heels but these didn't bother me when I wore them around the house (again, before I broke my ankle). I am wondering if they are stylish or versatile though. What do you think about the color and style? Honest opinions welcome! (I'm a SAHM/MOTG who wears mostly jeans, long shorts and casual skirts).

Those look really cute to me. They would be great to dress up a jeans outfit a bit, or even to wear with some skirts and dresses. The heel looks nice and stable, so once you heal it looks like it should still work comfort wise.

They are very cute, but I have a *similar* pair from Paul Green (with a 1" heel) and I'm having trouble feeling fab in them.

The higher heel on yours may make the critical difference, and I have thick ankles and mine do NOT flatter my ankles where their top edge ends. . .

You might want to post some pics as you intend to wear them (i.e. shorts, skirts, skinnies) if you have any concerns. . .

I love them but they would not work for my thick ankles unless the color is nude. If your ankles are slim this should not be an issue for you.

Is your ankle still unstable? They are really pretty and would look great with your jeans. I would just make sure that they give your ankle enough support if it's not fully healed. If you don't feel stable in them, you could always set them aside for later in the year if you really love them.

I really like them but only if they feel good with your ankle. Your ankle may not be stable for quite a while so these would be next summer shoes perhaps.

Style-wise I really like them. Can you try them on with shorts and skirts to be sure the high vamp looks right in that combo?
