If anyone else needs some recommendations of brands who do fab clothing for taller girls, please comment

I'm 5 foot 9 and sometimes struggle to find things but found lots of brands over the years that fit!

Hi, and welcome to the forum!

I am 5 feet 8 and seldom have problems with lengths of clothes made for Scandinavians. Many German and Dutch people are tall, too. So my general advice is : Look for Scandinavian (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish), German and Dutch brands.

I’m 5’9” also. I struggle with the arm and leg lengths, but also, I have a narrow build, so finding things that are both small and long is tough. Most tall sizes I have found are also for someone with a larger frame. Any suggestions you have for brands that can be accessed online from the USA would be great!

My daughter is an inch taller than me and closer to your age. She has had some luck with Rag & Bone, J Brand, Paige, and sometimes Ann Taylor or Banana Republic. Her frame is larger than mine so she fits into the tall sizes better.

I have tall clients and buying Tall and Long lengths online really helps. Boden Banana Republic and J.Crew do a great job on this.
