So I'm sure you've noticed that I haven't been getting back to my own threads very quickly - and sometimes not at all. And have not been able to comment on many of your wonderful posts either.Wanna know why?
Two weeks after starting my new job, the hospital I work in had a major disaster resulting in all 14 Operating Rooms flooding. Because I'm now management I'm part of the Disaster Management Team and have been in the Disaster Command Center ever since. Talk about having to learn a new position in one heckuva hurry!

We've been working with the other hospitals in my home city to redirect all of our scheduled surgeries while at the same time getting all the necessary repairs done quickly so we can return to normal work.
To say it's been insane is a major understatement. I'm at work by 7:30 a.m. and not home most evenings until close to 8:00 p.m., have gone in on weekends and by 9:00, fall into bed exhausted. However, I have learned that the team I work with is nothing short of amazing and am unbelievably impressed by how everyone works together for the common good. I'm proud to be part of this team.
Anyway…I hope to be back to normal participation before too much longer and really miss being more interactive on the forum. Just felt like I wanted to explain in case it seemed rude that I post my outfit in the morning and then not reply.
