This week I was going to order a bunch of items from the Talbots fall lookbook that we all liked so much...but it's no longer up on their website! It's been replace with a holiday 2009 lookbook instead.

I emailed Talbots customer service to find out how to get a copy, because I really want to replicate those looks. The first person who replied told me that they can't give out a copy by email, but I might be able to get a paper copy in the store. I had already asked about this at my local store, and the store didn't have it. So I wrote back to customer service stating this, and asking for them to mail me a paper copy. The reply? Actually, a paper copy doesn't exist, it's only an electronic thing.

I don't get it. I loved the clothes in the lookbook, I want to buy them, I just need to know which items were part of each look. Why are they making it so hard for me to give them my money? Sorry if this sounds obnoxious, I'm a bit frustrated.
