Oh, how I love these pants! But they no longer fit me. Though I would try here before consigning them.
These are what Vince calls the "side strapping trouser." It's a standard Vince pant that retails for $295. They offer variations on this pant all the time.

I wore these fewer than 10 times. (I should have worn them more often. Lesson learned.)
Beautiful drape, lightweight wool, unlined but not itchy. 96% wool, 4% spandex. A true size 6. Slim leg. I'm asking $75 plus shipping. PM me with questions or an offer.
