Ha! How apropos that my last waffle has been over shoes to end this month and start SYC. I am returning my booties and ordered the faux snakeskin to squeak in the last day of Sept (even though it's a replacement order). If they don't work - I'm out. Done. Over it. Lol.
So the best is knowing my booties madness/obsession will end one way or another when the latest shooties arrive. The worst is having to get the BF to print yet another return label and have him look at me with that 'you know we're moving and need to stop spending' look. Or I should say, having to HEAR it.

I have SYC for the entire month of September. I have resisted numerous sales flyers from Ann Taylor, Nordie's and Loft. Thus far, I have managed to resist the temptation to buy.

I have been SYC for two days, in which I managed to spend way more than I meant to from honoring bids on items on ebay. However, I did manage to steer clear of bricks and mortar stores... so now, so long as I can stay away from the internet, I should be golden. Right?

I was very good and let my sizes sell out during the AT sales. i also measured and photographed my Ebay stuff to list this weekend. One of the items I'm considering for SYS use? Yep. Shoes.

I am joining in, I have not shopped for two weeks so far. The biggest culprit for me, was usual after work jaunts to the mall for something to do. Now I go straight home. And I put all my clothes into one closet (finally, that took a year to purge enough to do this). Seeing a chock full closet is a quick reminder to me not to shop for more.

I guess SYC is just a normal occurrence for me. I bought a pair of trouser jeans and a pair of boots at the end of August, and other than a pair of sweatpants to lounge and/or play softball in, I haven't bought anything else since. It helps to have to drive at least 40 minutes to get to a store and to not want to pay for shipping when it comes to ordering online
