Do you think the second photo is business casual, or is it dressier than that? I omitted hose because it was too darned hot but you can imagine it with microfishnets if you like.

Oh wow , that second photo is FABULOUS!! perhaps a bit dressier than biz casual..but depends on the biz.

Gorgeous photos. Think the 2nd is a bit dressier than business casual - you could tone it down by changing the necklace or bracelets if you wanted, but it's so fab, it seems a shame to...

Thanks for posting a cascading cardi look, I recently purchased one from JCrew (on clearance) and have been wondering what to do with it. And I just happen to have the same Frye boots. I really like the second look but it is a going out look to me.

What a versatile cardi! I want one! The second outfit does seem rater dressy but I think the neclace makes it look that way, swap out the necklace and then you have a 3rd outfit option.

These are gorgeous looks! The first looks snazzy but still sort of casual/laid back, the second look is smokin' (can I say that to a complete stranger on the Interwebs?!). I love the look of the bold necklace with your cropped hair. The whole look is very elegant but also funky. Not sure about the business casual label...I defer to others who know what's what on that score.

Goodness! Both outfits are sensational but the second one is out of this world! I think it could work for biz casual, but obviously I'm no expert. Regardless, it is GORGEOUS!

Take off the bracelet in outfit #2 and it's biz casual. It would TOTALLY be biz casual for my style. Laura - I guess you're a smarty pants too
