I've had pretty good luck shopping online this year, but I made a flurry of orders recently to get my winter closet in order, and have had a lot of disappointments.

Here's what's going back so far:

Eddie Bauer Cityscape Ankle Pants - I've had good luck with Eddie Bauer pants in the past, so I thought these would be a no-brainer, but the slim cut was not for me, despite them being labeled a "slightly curvy" fit. While the waist was fine, I could barely squeeze my thighs in.
(Angie, when I went back to the site to process the return, I saw that Eddie Bauer is doing a collab with SubPop for flannel shirts! Soooooo Seattle. I love it, and thought you'd be amused, even if they're a bit TOO grunge for your aesthetic.)

Amour Vert Amy blouse - I've been wanting to try one of these Amy blouses FOREVER, and their new fabrication is a viscose that's supposed to feel like silk, but be easier to care for. It...sort of feels like silk, I guess? More like a Georgette than the soft silk I was anticipating. I might have kept it, though, if the upper arms weren't tight on me. No size up.

Garnet Hill lantern sleeve cardigan - Talked extensively about this in my other thread. It's a really lovely sweater and I almost kept it.

I'm a little sad that none of these worked out, but so it goes. I'm most disappointed about the blouse, because I really liked the print!
