Sveta and other...Danier sizing

There are a couple of Danier leather coats that I am thinking of ordering. Any advice on sizing ?

I am definitely going to order the black thinsulate and maybe one of the "cognac-y" ones. The prices are really good right now.

I usually wear a 6 in shirts and a S in Danier. The only exception is my cobalt blue leather puffer and it is a M. The small was a bit too snug in the shoulders.

Nice jackets. I especially like 1 and 3.

I'm usually a size S or XS in coats, but my Danier leather coat is an XXS (and the sleeves were still too long; I had to have them shortened).

Stylin' jackets! I vote #3 -- it is beautiful.

I'm a 4/6 (5'6 and 130 lbs) and I wear a XS. I have fairly square shoulders that are always the deciding factor in my fit.

You cannot go wrong with Danier jackets - they are good quality and unique styles!
I wear M or L in jackets and in Danier I go with M - and even had to get S one time. So I suggest to size down one size from your usual size. However it also may depend on where you carry your extra weight. Mine is all in the hips and thighs which is not a problem for the jackets. I also have a narrow back and small chest and waist and it looks like their models shapes very much like me because their jackets fit me like a glove.
If you have extra weight in the chest or waist you may need to go with your usual size.
Online sizing is hard! if you want you can send me your measurements and I can measure the jacket in the store for you for sizing. I may go to the mall this Saturday anyway and I always love an excuse to pop into the Danier store
