I have wanted a stripe everything since the appearence of the iconic Bailley’s dress on the YLF-so even a knitted striped skirt.
But then it seemed too casual for my office.

Never mind, I still bought a mini in a thick black and white ponte and will wear it on my super casual holidays only-so stripe skirt is not only suitable for MOTG’s but great beachwear, too!!

There is another thread today about flips-flops, so I tought will show a pair of mines(also new) here. They are fairly flats, made from fine leather(black) and have cushioned soles, with a big clear stone on front but still find them comfortable. I always have some dressier leather ones, but otherwise I have more of them in rubber for the pool.

ETA: I found out it looks and feels better when pairing the ponte skirt with some woven tops (so not the clingy knitted ones). The one in the pictie is a peasant/gipsy cut (with a tie neckline) in a tissue fine woven cotton-so very airy and light in the summer heat, and works better to my eyes than a tee.
