Superfeet insoles

Has anyone tried these out? I was thinking of giving them a shot but I'm not sure which ones to get or if they're worth it. My biggest concern is that my foot will pop out because there won't be enough room. It looks like the black ones are meant for dress shoes but I'm still not sure if they're thin enough.

If anyone has any other recommendations, let me know. I'm trying to find something a bit more durable and substantial than the Dr Scholl's air pillo, but the challenge is that it can't be too thick.

I tried Superfeet and found them too thick. Unfortunately I don't remember which kind I tried. I see them in a lot of shoe stores, maybe you can try them out?

I have a pair by Spenco. I use them only in boots. I find them very durable so far, but I haven't used them a lot.

Maya, I have the Superfeet berry inserts and I like them. I have a high arch and I knew I needed more arch support than what some of my fashion sneaks were giving me. I chose the berry after reading the various descriptions and decided that might be the best one for high arches. They are more for arch support than cushioning (they're not the squishy ones you can get at a drugstore). You are supposed to take out the shoe's original insole and then put these in, rather than adding it on top of the insole, like I have done with the squishy cushioning insoles. I had hoped they would take up a bit of room in some shoes that were a tad large, and they took up only a little. If you're looking for arch support, they might be worth a try; if you're looking for cushioning, keep looking.

Becky, I was looking at the black ones. I have the opposite problem as you (very flat feet and overpronation). The black ones are meant for dress shoes where the insole is not removable and there isn't a lot of room, and also for people with flat feet and sensitive feet. I'm just not sure if they mean clunky loafers, oxfords, or delicate little flats or what. "Dress shoes" is a pretty broad category.

I saw a shoe sales woman in Nordstrom's wearing spike heels using the Super Feet for dress shoes. They were more for the center to back half of the shoe and cut off at the ball of the foot. She said wearing them is the only way she could wear her heels all day, going up and down as she does with the shoe sales. I thought how amazing so I bought some for regular athletic shoes. I walked a bit and knew that they didn't feel good at all. I took them back and she led me to the men's dept for their Super Feet insoles because they are thinner. I still didn't like them and returned them. I guess they work well for some people who swear by them and then people like me don't care for them. With Nordstrom's great return policy you can try them out for a while and return them if you aren't satisfied.
