OMG! I'm in love with these pants from the Uniqlo C collection. They are actually sweat pants, however you can hardly tell because they are so neat and well made. Really nice quality fabrication, front centre seams, side and back pockets, with a clean waistline. I'd say that they run true to size. They also come in a variety of colours. They're advertised as sweat straight pants, but there is a bit of width in the legs too. Mine are navy in the photos below.
If anyone is in the market for a comfy dressier sweat pant that can do double duty, these might be a great option for you to consider.
