Sunglasses for Round Face

I have a round face.Will aviators look good on me? Generally it is said that you should go for angular sunglasses.

I would need to see a picture. There are exceptions for every rule. Aviators seem to look good on a lot of people.

Yes, I agree with Staysfit - it's a try-and-see, I think. I just saw a photo of Selena Gomez wearing aviators; she looked cute in them and I would say her face is quite round. Have fun trying!

I have a round face and I find oversize, square/square-ish shapes look best. I've always heard go for the opposite shape as your face - round faces look best in squared off shapes, where squared faces look best in round frames. But yes, pics of both you and the sunglasses would help a lot.

It soooo depends! I have a round face, and it looks best in square sunglasses. I love cat's eye sunglasses, but they just don't have the same love for me unless they are dramatically triangular. Then, the angles again work with my round face.

In Style had a look at round sunnies this issue...I would think with a round face that aviator shaped glasses would be good...

Thanks for the replies.I cannot post a photo for obvious reasons. But i tried an aviator it looked okay. I did not try a rectangular one.Will try it on.
