I need a sun hat but don't want to look a wally! I have been wearing my BF's dad panama hat and really liked the look. What do you think of this 1

I like the panama hat, Loulou. I have yet to experiment with one, though.

It's funny - I see so many sun hats in stores, and just bought one myself because I'm sick of getting peely sunburns on my face, but I haven't seen anyone near to my age around here wear them. I'm always one of the LAST to jump on a trend so being one of the first to wear hats feels strange.

(What is a wally? That's a new one to me!)

When I travel to a sunny vacation place I always bring my cowboy-ish style hat . It is a neutral color and goes with anything, actually looks cute w/skirts:) Between the hat and my sunnies I feel perfectly incognito...:) and it protects my face!

Good point, Taylor. I really like the cowboy hat too. Big thumbs up on that style when you're in a sunny place.

Kari i'm like that too always the last to pick up on trends. A wally means the same sort of thing as an idiot/ looking silly LOL
