Summer wedding clothing advice needed

Hi,
I am going to a family wedding in July in Philly and wanted to wear a dress I already own, ideally. Wedding is at at 5 pm outside, and reception is under a formal tent, I think, after the ceremony which I think is outside under a chuppa.. No level of attire was specified.

The print makes me smile, but am not sure about the style on me. I bought it at Anthro last year (for another family wedding.) Let me see if I can attach some photos.
What do you think?

My legs look so skinny, and does it look like I'm pregnant?
I wish my 11 year old were hear to tell me what's what. haha

I love the print and the lower half of the dress on you--you definitely do not look pregnant, and your legs look great! I noticed your nice legs from the very beginning. That said, I'm not in love with the neckline/bust of this dress--perhaps it's a bra issue, but I'm not sure.

You look fab! Love the print, love the black shoe as well. I would wear hair up, to avoid conflicting with the neckline. It's up to you if you want to wear a strapless bra....Personally, I think it looks fine without, but as C1 noticed, it might be better with?

If you only knew how I've longed for legs exactly as slender as yours. Alas, I didn't get that lucky in the genetics lottery. You look great! (and no, not pregnant, either.)

Ahh. I forgot to put a bra on with it for the pic. i have to say that the last time I wore the dress, i had to pin it on the side to keep it from slipping down: needles to say, the pin is still in there, but it still slips and I have to occasionally yank it up. Such a nicely raised girl i am. I might still have time to get it altered.

C1, tell me more!! Is it the seaming or the way the top fits, or both? I actually tied the straps this am into a bow because I was bothered by them being tied behind my neck. I wonder how much time I need to get things fixed, if possible....

jenny, somehow it looks like the bustline is sitting a little low--maybe this will all be resolved with a strapless bra I think the way you've tied it is fine.

Thanks, Liz and Jenava!! I've ended up with my dad's stick legs (at least below the knee; no such luck on my thighs!)

I WAS going to wear these shoes or possibly some low delicate-heeled sandals with an ankle strap. I generally don't wear my hair up as I have a long neck and a tiny face, and I look like a pin-head without my hair down. Hmmm.
