After reading velvetychocolate's thread about her summer wardrobe, I decided to share my wardrobe holes for summer as well.

As some of you may have noticed, I have gone a bit nuts this month acquiring tops and t shirts! That is because a lot of my t shirts from summer need to be thrown and many of them are graphic t shirts, which are not really my style anymore. I think I have successfully filled this hole with a few coloured and neutral t shirts and some blouses and button downs.

My next major wardrobe hole is summer bottoms. I have two skirts, 1 pair of shorts that I recently bought and 1 pair of white clams. So in the next two months, I plan to fill these holes. I want atleast a denim skirt and a pair of denim shorts, since these are all year round items that can even be worn with tights. I would like 2 more pairs of shorts, 1 coloured and one either black or navy, preferably in a longer length. I would also love a bright coloured skirt - red maybe?

Dresses are another hole in my wardrobe. I have NONE. So I plan to add atleast two dresses if I can find ones that meet my requirements - no pleats, no need for special bras, at or slightly above knee length and machine washable. Phew!

I also want to add two pairs of shoes - metallic loafers or flats to replace mine plus a nude flat sandal.

The annual summer sale starts next month, so I am hoping to get some of this stuff then. But I do wear a size that sells out quickly, so if I find something in the pre sale period that is on my list, I will definitely get it. This idea isn't mine, I got it from reading one of Angie's blog posts. Doesn't it make total sense?!

Thanks to those who managed to read this far. For those with less time/patience, here is my summer wishlist:

1.Denim skirt
2.Denim shorts
3.Coloured shorts
4.Neutral clams/bermudas
5.Bright coloured skirt
6.Dresses - 2
7.Metallic loafers/flats
8.Nude sandals

Would you add anything to this list? Any comments or suggestions? I am all ears

ETA: I may need a few tanks for when the weather is at its hottest. I'm going to wait and see!
