AJ, not quite. The top needs to be more tailored in the bodice, and have a proper shirt collar with buttons. Or the top has to have a high neck and flow down. As Suz said, the model isn't doing a good job of filling out that top either. Not enough real estate! It would look better and be a better fit on a body type with a larger bust and wider midsection. Hope that makes sense.
Jules, what a lovely comment. Thank you so much! Structure at the shoulder neck point gives me a stronger shoulder line (to compensate for my narrow shoulders), and shortens my very long neck. I wish I could show you
