Since yesterday (or today, depending on where you live) was the first day of summer and I haven’t seen a swimwear thread yet, I figured I’d start one myself. Please forgive me if things aren’t quite right with the photos, I’m still figuring out how everything works on this site and my anxiety medication often makes me a bit slow or forgetful. I posted a few items I own but I bought them so long ago I can’t remember where they’re from and managed to find the links that show items that are very “me” but have long since sold out. Anyway, this is just to get the thread started and then the rest of you can do things the right way and hopefully I’ll learn from that..
Photos 1 - 3 are of a suit I bought from Shein. I decided to get a small instread of an extra small, on a whim and it paid off. It was a bit tight around my chest (I’m a 32c) but taking the pasties out (calling them pads wouldn’t describe them accurately) helped a lot. As a Brazilian I’m not a fan of full-coverage bottoms, and these seemed especially full and a bit loose. I’m not basing my comparison on thong/ string bottoms since I’m not a fan of those either. I like that they weren’t high cut and didn’t expose my pointy hip bones, though.
Photo # 4 also Shein but hasn’t arrived yet. It’s backless and low cut yet covers my belly button. Very “me”
Photo # 5 was a pre-worn gift. Like “0h, what a cute suit”
“You should take it. I don’t like how it fits me”
“Ok, thanks!”
Photo # 6 is Victoria’s Secret Swim. an example of the cut I like on my bottoms.
Photo # 7 Is also very “me”. By a Brazilian brand called Agua Doce. Unfortunately sold out.
Found # 8 online listed under multiple retailers but no brand mentioned. I love that ruching on the bottoms. It makes it look like you have a bum even if you don’t. (And I definitely don’t). This one has “me” written all over it.
