Suggestions for where to find pieces like these?

I was so taken with yesterday's featured blogger's style but realized I don't have any idea where to shop for similar things. Any ideas?

It was the shapes I adored; I would probably not embrace such exuberant patterns.

April, yes, what Angie said + be sure to have a look at Dayle's posts on Instagram. She details what she's wearing and where she got the items on every individual post so that might be helpful too.

ETA: I also just remembered this outfit formula post Angie wrote with examples from Artful Home, definitely a store where you'll be able to find similar silhouettes to what Dayle wears.

My MIL dresses like this! Fab killer. I don't know if these are avaliable in the States, but some brands I am familar with are: Bohéme, Gudrun Sjöden, Olars Ulla, Nu!

She also does a lot of shopping in boutiques, from local art&crafters, thrift etc.

Little boutiques are often good sources for more interesting pieces like this, but the pickings are better in fall/ winter in my experience. Doing silouette hunts on Nordstrom, etc like lantern pant or asymmetric can get results too.

I went through all her Insta posts and noticed that she is wearing mostly the same two or three pairs of black pants. . .I fell in love with most of her looks and then started to wonder how many are machine washable -- which is my bottom line, not to mention that probably most of what Dayle wears is out of my price range. It was interesting to see what she posted at the beginning vs. most recently. Earlier stuff had a bit of stuff that might be purchased at a department store or Anthro. I saw what looked like the Bailey44 bandage dress that a number of YFLers bought.

In reviewing the comments from this post, Cynthia Gibas helpfully said the following:

I have a lot of clothes in this general wheelhouse. They’re very much not cheap. Brands to look for: Bodil, Grizas, Krista Larson, Alembika, Kaliyana (Canadian and they do not accept returns, so you REALLY have to be confident). A lot of the clothes are made to order/on demand, they are not fully mass produced. They can’t really be gotten in mainstream stores. You mostly find them in what my sister and I call “middle-aged funky lady stores”. Independent boutiques that you find in college towns, vacation hotspots, and bigger cities only. One of my favorites is Kati Koos — she sells Krista Larson and other similar brands from a shop in Modesto CA but she’ll ship all over the place. Some of the other indies that have pretty solid online presence are Hello Boutique, La Petite Boutique in Richmond VA, GAIA in Winston Salem NC. This style is a very very specific niche/rabbit hole and once you start to know the places that sell these brands you’ll find others.

Also, Christine and Kay suggest The Artful Home as a good source.
