Suggestions for funky leather band watches?

Astrid's recent watch thread got me thinking that I'd really like to get a couple of funky, modern looking watches. Right now I have two very classic, small watches, that I love but sometimes I think I'd like something larger and funkier for fun. I wear a watch every day, so I definitely could use some additions to my watch wardrobe!

I do have some practical requirements for a watch:
--flexible leather band (I can't do rolex-style metal watches)
--needs to stay where I want it to stay (i.e. above my wrist bone; it drives me bonkers to have a loose watch banging on my hand when I do things). I love leather cuff watches but have never found one that stays put.
--needs to fit a small wrist (at the point where I wear my watches it's about 6" and I want it fairly snug so it won't fall down)

So, anyone seen anything that fits these requirements and would go with my style?

What about a leather wrap watch? There are quite a few on etsy in different styles, they work pretty well on my small wrists. I always think of beautiful handmade items when I think of your style! Something steam-punky-funky like this looks fun! http://tinyurl.com/7928t7k

How about this one? I just spent some time on the Fossil website, so this is the first thing that came to my mind.

I really like the look (they have another two color options), it has a leather band and looks like a cuff in the front, but that part is removable for a different look. I guess you'd have to try it on to see if the fit works for you.

I also like the idea of a leather wrap watch!

Laura, I LOVE those steampunk wrap watches! I've favorited the Etsy seller and am considering several of them!
Astrid, the Fossil watch is great too! I really like the face design, but I wonder if it'll be too big for my wrist. I wonder if I can find it in a store to try on...

I also found these Tokyo Bay watches on Amazon (it was linked from Astrid's thread). I like the gold wrap one a lot, but the closure is not a buckle so I'm worried it won't be as snug as I would like.
