Suggestions Anyone???

I recently bought a lot of skirts from Ebay and this is one that has me stumped as what to style it with... The color is more green and not at all the citron color that is everywhere.

So my dear forum members, what color top sugggestions do you have to style this???

White, of course. Chambray blue. Orange. Cobalt. Hot pink? (Not sure about that last one.)

I would actually pair this top with vibrant colors. Orange, blue, purple, cotton v - necks. Denim button up or jacket. For shoe's something slip on or skimmer you could do a low top p.f.
flyer or converse or wedge.sneaker it is a petty skirt. I like belts with skirts you could do a woven belt the options are unlimited. I hope this helps.

I'm thinking white, other shades of green, and definitely dark blue. And I think a neutral colored sandal or peep-toe bootie would be pretty, or even pointy toe flats.

Orange, grey, white,light blue. Cognac leather.

I have a couple of tops this color. Will try to find some pics for you when not on phone.

My first instinct is chambray shirt. I like the idea of a simple top with the busy print.

Chambray shirt definitely......white button up...white tank, denim vest.
Cute skirt...I would keep the top and shoes simple (as Janet said) let the skirt do the talking and everything else go mute...neutral shoes..no accessoires...Straw bag....Does that make sense?..

I have stopped buying skirts without having top options in mind because they were the #1 orphan in my closet!

OK, Tracey, here are some outfits to inspire you. I love this shade of green. A lot of these have the green on top, but just pull a MaryK and switch the top and the bottom!

PS - Last photo is really old (pre-YLF) - I wish I still had an orange skirt like that!

Chocolate brown looks good if you want to go more nature- y, and denim, and pops of coral.

So many wonderful options to consider... I have such a busy weekend ahead,but hope to get to playing with these ideas soon... Going to a camp preview day tomorrow to see if my youngest son really does want to go to his first sleep away for an entire week.. DH has been out of town and returning tonight... so doing chores today...

Diana you went above and beyond and as a visual person this was extremely helpful.. I love your options and that bright blue top is fantastic!

Brown was my first thought as I always pair shades of green with it... after that I got stuck..

Crutcher did I do a typo on my dog's name cause it is Tobey after Tobey Maguire (Spiderman MOvie was big and a 7 yr old boy naming him...).

White! This is no-brainer of course!
i think light chambray would work well too and some shades of yellow. Light grey? Oh and pink - if this green is anywhere near an olive shade.
In you place I would pull out all you summer tops and have a big dress up game to see what works. Have fun!

My first thought was one of the lacey white tops which are popular now. I could also see it with a chambray shirt or a vivid contrasting color, as others have suggested. Looking forward to seeing how you style it!

My first thought (though I'm not the best with colors...where is MaryK?) is to wear it with a silky white button-down with some kind of coral-colored topper.
