I'd need to know proportions/shape to give you really good ideas, but with that said....
I finally found a pair of white shorts that I love a month ago and I've been wearing the heck out of them. My basic style is very crisp and not at all bohemian, so my style may not work for you. Here's how I've worn mine:
1) I wear mine with a blue gingham button down shirt, sleeves rolled, tucked (which oddly works for my apple body with this), and with tan snakeskin gladiators. 2) I also wear them with any simple strongly colored tee. 3) I've worn them with a blue shirt and fuchsia wedge heels. 4) I've worn them with a striped boat neck tee. 5) I've worn them with a pink plaid button front shirt, sleeves rolled, and converse. 6) I've worn them with a blue silk tunic top, front tucked. 7) I've worn them with a navy linen cabled sweater, sometimes just over a bright tank, sometimes over a same color tank, and sometimes over a patterned button down. 8) I've worn them with a chambray shirt. 9) I've worn them with a navy blue lace top and dressier sandals.
I'd been searching for the right white shorts for five years, but as you can tell, I've really put them to use!
